Ak vám doručený tovar spadá do niektorého z vyššie uvedených kritérií, postupujte podľa nižšie uvedených krokov na podanie žiadosti na našu zákaznícku službu:

- Upozorňujeme, že zákazníci sú zodpovední za štítky na vrátenie zásielky. Pokyny na vrátenie vám pošleme samostatne e-mailom.
- Musíte podať žiadosť o vrátenie do 14 pracovné dni po tom, čo obdržíte svoje produkty.
- Bude to trvať približne 5-10 pracovné dni na spracovanie vašej refundácie.
