- De bestelling is verloren tijdens het transport, en het oorspronkelijke afleveradres was correct.

- U moet een retouraanvraag indienen binnen 14 werkdagen na ontvangst van uw goederen.
- Het duurt ongeveer 5-10 werkdagen om uw terugbetaling te verwerken.
